Sales Expert (Cycling)
We are seeking a Sales Expert (Cycling) to collaborate with and support the Store Manager in achieving departmental goals aligned with company objectives and maintaining exceptional product standards. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in executing product-related tasks efficiently and driving B2C sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to uphold company standards and objectives related to product management.
- Execute product-related tasks promptly and effectively, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
- Actively participate in B2C sales efforts, driving sales to enhance store performance and aid in achieving budgetary targets.
- Stay informed about new product deliveries and upcoming releases, managing product inventory on the shop floor and in the stockroom accordingly.
- Liaise with the Category Manager to ensure the availability of the right products at the right time.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards within the designated section.
- Ensure daily replenishment of the section to meet customer demands.
- Assist the Store Manager in completing the Security Checklist and ensure compliance with all security procedures.
- Support adherence to Health & Safety policies and responsibilities as directed by the Store Manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service and motivate the team to maintain service standards across the store.
- Conduct product training sessions for direct team members.
- Ensure departmental standards align with brand expectations.
- Act on commercial insights to optimize training programs and product placement.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store and promptly report any accidents to senior management.
- Identify and address risks to employees and customers, promoting safe work practices and adherence to company procedures.
- Familiarize oneself with appointed First Aiders within the store.
