To oversee the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise store staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance standards and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales revenue.
• Monitor sales and revenue, making recommendations to improve store performance and increase profitability.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store has sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and supplies.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
